How I Got Here

I didn’t become a Product Manager by accident — I grew into it through years of leading projects, understanding customers, and building solutions inside high-pressure environments.

My early career was rooted in project and operations management. I learned how real work breaks down, where teams struggle, and what happens when systems don’t match the way humans actually work. Over time, I found myself doing more than managing timelines — I was identifying root causes, shaping solutions, guiding engineers, and helping teams redesign processes from the ground up.

That’s where the transition happened.
I wasn’t just coordinating work anymore.
I was building products.

Since then, I’ve partnered with engineering, design, support, and leadership to deliver SaaS products used by automotive dealerships, identity-verification teams, government agencies, and internal business users. Each space taught me how to bring clarity, alignment, and momentum to fast-moving, high-stakes environments.

And every step of the journey has reinforced one truth:
Products don’t succeed because they’re complex — they succeed because they’re clear.
